1. Acceptance
By applying to or using the Spectre Developer Portal, you agree to these terms. Spectre Tech Limited ("Spectre") operates this platform for vetted developers in Kenya.
2. Developer Applications
Applications are reviewed at Spectre's discretion. Approval grants access to the developer dashboard and potential project assignments. Spectre may suspend or revoke access for misconduct or poor performance.
3. Projects & Payments
Assigned projects must be completed per agreed briefs and deadlines. Earnings and referral commissions are paid per Spectre's published rates. Spectre reserves the right to withhold payment for incomplete or rejected work.
4. Conduct
- Do not misrepresent skills, portfolio, or identity.
- Keep client and internal project information confidential.
- Communicate professionally via the portal messaging system.
5. Intellectual Property
Work product created for Spectre client projects belongs to the client or Spectre as specified in each project brief, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spectre provides the portal "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use, project delays, or third-party services.
